Returns Policy
Due to health regulations, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purposes or unwanted items. This is regardless of whether the item has been opened or not. If an item is returned to us with no fault, the item will be discarded and no return will be processed. Please be sure of the items you want before placing your order with us. We will also not accept returns for orders that are delivered later than expected as we are not liable for issues relating to our delivery providers.
We only accept returns for faulty items that have an active warranty in place. The timeframe of a product’s warranty varies depending on the brand of the item. Please refer to the information listed on your item upon receiving it to find out what the warranty period is.
Items that are found to have a fault and are within their warranty period are eligible for a replacement shipped free of charge or a gift voucher for the cost of the item. If the faulty item is the only item on the order, the shipping amount will be included in the gift voucher value. If there is another item on the original order, the shipping amount will not be included in the gift voucher value. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue.
If your item is faulty, please email us at adultwonderland.orders@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item that has a fault
- A description of the fault and, if possible, an image or video showing the fault.
If the item qualifies for a warranty claim, we will provide you with a shipping label to send the item back to us. You are also able to return the item in person to our physical store if you would like to.
Once the item has been received and inspected by us, we will process either a replacement or a gift voucher depending on what you would prefer.
